Service Notes:

• Shaft Pull (club head or sleeve): Please advise customer service should you wish to have a shaft returned.
• Pulled/Used Shaft Installation (club head or sleeve)/ Length Adjustment / Loose Impediment Removal: When installing a shaft that still has the grip installed, making a length adjustment or when removing loose impediment within the shaft the grip must be removed and replaced (grip rescue) or a new grip installed.
• Grip Installation: Grip build up samples 1 wrap +1/64 / 2 wraps +1/32 / 4 wraps +1/16 (midsize) / 6 wraps +3/32 / 8 wraps +1/8 (jumbo). These numbers are approximate samples and are influenced by the grip core diameter and shaft butt diameter (Due to the design of Winn, Super Stroke and full cord grips we recommend no more than 4 additional wraps).
• Length Adjustment: Due to the thin wall design of shafts and extensions the maximum extension length we recommend is 2 inches (steel) and 1 inch (graphite); grip not included. WGGC is not liable for breakage with extensions longer than these recommendations.
• Grip Rescue: Due to the age and composition of some grips WGGC is not liable for splitting.
• Lie and/or Loft Adjustment: Due to the materials used in the design and manufacturer of golf club heads we recommend a lie or loft adjustment of no more than 2 degrees on cast irons and 4 degrees on forged irons. WGGC is not liable for breakage when making lie and/or loft adjustments. Note loft adjustments have a direct impact on bounce. When loft is increased bounce is increased and vice versa to the ratio of approximately 1 to 1.

  • With less than 1 inch (steel shaft) or 6 inches (graphite shaft) remaining above the hosel $10.00 per club
• New Shaft Installation (club head or sleeve):
  • Standard install $10.50 per club
  • Bore thru install $13.00 per club
  • Additional Charges:
  • Shim install $2.50 per club
  • Permanent hosel modification $5.00 per club
  • To add additional wraps $0.25 per wrap per club
• Pulled / Used Shaft Installation or Re-attachment (club head or sleeve):
  • Standard install $13.00 per club
  • Bore thru install $15.50 per club
  • Additional Charges:
  • Shim install $2.50 per club
  • Permanent hosel modification $5.00 per club
  • Grip rescue standard swing / putter grip $2.50 each
  • Jumbo Max, Super Stroke, Winn, and similar oversize swing / putter grips $5.00 each
  • To add additional wraps $0.25 per wrap per club
• Grip Installation:
  • Conventional grips $3.00 per club
  • 2 piece belly/long putter $5.00 per club

• Length Adjustment:
  • Shorten the existing length or extension removal $5.50 per club
  • Extend the existing length $8.00 per club
• Grip Rescue (for re-use):

  • Jumbo Max, Super Stroke, Winn, and similar oversize swing / putter grips $5.00 each
• Lie and Loft Adjustment:
  • Lie and/or loft check only $2.50
  • To adjust the lie or loft $3.50 per club
  • To adjust the lie and loft simultaneously $5.00 per club
• Additional Services:
  • Removal of loose debris within shaft $5.50 per club
  • Removal of leading edge and/or sole scuffs/pits $5.00 per club
  • Reseating a ferrule $2.50
  • Rattle Stop reactivation $2.50 per club
