One exchange within the same category may be made from the original purchase date within a 12 month period; after the second time, returns will be accepted and treated under our normal trade in program. Please note that equipment deemed as custom or special order, pre-owned product, consignment product, golf bags, golf shoes, golf balls, scoring aids, accessories, items on sale, on closeout or specially priced products do not qualify for West Georgia Golf Company LLC “Earn a Place In Your Bag” Guarantee. West Georgia Golf Company LLC Warranty Policy: Golf Clubs assembled by West Georgia Golf Company LLC are warrantied for 2 years (grips excluded) from the original date of purchase. In the unlikely event that there is an issue within that 2-year period simply return your purchase following the guidelines below and we will either repair or replace it at no charge. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the new product you purchased, simply return it, in its original unused condition within 7 days for a full refund 8 days up to 30 days for a credit in the form of a West Georgia Golf Company LLC gift card; after 31 days from the date of purchase the sale is final. The West Georgia Golf Company LLC gift card does have an expiration date of 5 years for general merchandise or 1 year for prepaid service work from the date the card was purchased or from the last date any additional money was loaded onto the card. There are no inactivity fees during this period. Please note gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
