Should you not be satisfied with your new golf club or set purchase from West Georgia Golf Company LLC for any reason, you may return it within 2 weeks of the original purchase date and receive a 100% purchase price credit (excluding the sales tax and/or shipping charge) towards your next purchase (cash refunds will not be given). One exchange within the same category may be made from the original purchase date within a 12-month period; afterward returns will be accepted and treated under our normal trade in program. Please note that equipment deemed as custom or special order, pre-owned product, consignment product, golf bags, golf shoes, golf balls, scoring aids, accessories, items on sale, on closeout or specially priced products do not qualify for West Georgia Golf Company LLC’s “Earn a Place In Your Bag” Guarantee. Equipment deemed to have been misused, damaged or reflects excessive wear will not be considered and will be treated under our normal trade in program.

We guarantee your West Georgia Golf Company LLC’s new golf club purchase price for 30 days after the purchase date.  Should you see that West Georgia golf Company’s current selling price is less than your purchase price within 30 days from the purchase date we will credit the purchase price and new lower price difference in the form of a West Georgia Golf Company LLC gift card. Please note service work, equipment deemed as custom or special order, pre-owned equipment, golf bags, golf shoes, golf balls, scoring aids, accessories, items on sale, on closeout or specially priced products do not qualify for the “Save Par” guarantee

West Georgia Golf Company LLC stands behind every item we sell. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the new product you purchased, simply return it, in its original unused condition within 7 days for a full refund 8 days up to 30 days for a credit in the form of a West Georgia Golf Company LLC gift card; after 31 days from the date of purchase the sale is final. Please note service work, equipment deemed as custom or special order, pre-owned product, consignment product, items on sale, on closeout or specially priced products do not qualify.

West Georgia Golf Company LLC’s Warranty Policy:

Golf Clubs assembled by West Georgia Golf Company LLC are warrantied for 2 years (excludes grips) from the original date of purchase. In the unlikely event that there is an issue within that 2-year period simply return your purchase following the guidelines below and we will either repair or replace it at no charge. (note, other company’s warranty’s we represent vary) Guidelines for an item to be considered for warranty… 1. must have been purchased through West Georgia Golf Company LLC (preowned product warranty is dependent on the make and model) 2. must be accompanied with the original or a copy of the original receipt 3. must not reflect signs of abuse, misuse or excessive wear.
